Business Management Services for Small Companies

Full Charge Bookkeeping
Our Full Charge Bookkeeping Services ensure you have a reliable financial partner to handle your day-to-day and end of period bookkeeping needs. We can manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial statement preparation. With our personalized approach, you’ll enjoy accurate records and timely insights, freeing you to focus on your core business activities. Let us simplify your financial management, so you can concentrate on what truly matters.
Strategic Financial Analysis
We can conduct strategic financial oversight tailored to your business’s needs. You’ll benefit from expert financial planning, budgeting, and analysis without the cost of a full-time hire. We can streamline financial processes and provide insights to enhance decision-making. Whether you need monthly reviews or project-based support, our part-time strategic financial analyses empower you to achieve your financial goals while you focus on driving your business forward.
Exit Planning
We’ve conducted business valuations and been through the process of ownership change through asset sale. One of the top reasons small businesses don’t sell is because their financials are not properly kept and therefore cannot be used for SBA loans or for buyers to validate earnings. We can work with you to ensure your financials are in order and have your business well positioned for a successful transition.
Management consulting
We can consult on a range of managerial as well as financial and strategic issues. Sometimes interpersonal dynamics in small entities have much greater strategic impact than they do in large companies. We can identify and recommend improvements for a wide variety of challenges facing small entities.

Cost Effective
Strategic decision making through comprehensive financial oversight is rare in very small closely held companies. Small entities often do not have the budget or the workload for full-time bookkeepers or controllers, and owners are not typically trained in accounting or financial and strategic management. Our contracted services give you access to strategic and financial expertise without breaking the bank.
Let us take care of the business management, so you can take care of business.
At Sanders and Boyles we focus on small, closely held entities because we understand that managing finances for these operations can be overwhelming, especially for solopreneurs, family businesses, and even small non-profits. That’s why we offer tailored business management services, including full-charge bookkeeping, part-time controller services, and business consulting designed to simplify financial processes and help small entities improve performance and empower growth, as well as exit planning expertise for when owners are ready to move on.
